Alfred worked for an auto glass distribution company for several years. During this time, he began to see an increase in cost required to replace a windshield because of the advancement of technology and features a new vehicle is equipped with. Built in sensors for rain as well as mounted camera(s) required to assist the driver from veering out of the lane continue to cause the cost of replacement to increase. In addition, he began to notice that not all replacement shops did quality work. It was at that moment that Alfred decided to learn everything he could about repairing rock chips before they spread. He’s gone to multiple training sessions, watched tons of instructional videos from the top windshield repair vendors, and has done 2,000+ repairs including hundreds of practice repairs.

Alfred’s previous experience working in a call center environment during the time when ‘customer service skills’ were consider a top priority is present for each and every customer he interacts with. And why shouldn’t it be? For Alfred Gutierrez, the work he’s now doing repairing windshields is a very rewarding experience. He has saved his customers hundreds of dollars at a reasonable cost for them while making a living to provide for himself and his family.
